Store Policies

All shipments are mailed USPS, and shipped within 3 days of yourpurchase.  All of your items will be individually packaged in a small clear bag and wrapped with a protective wrap before packaging in a bubble envelope.  

Belle on a Budget does not offer any gift wrapping or other special packaging options at this time.  It is my goal to keep your entire purchase as affordable as possible, while also eliminating wasteful packaging.  If your purchase is a gift for someone, jewelry gift boxes can be purchased at most major craft stores.

It is my aim to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied, Belle on a Budget’s return policy is as follows:

  • A full refund (minus shipping charges) will be issued for any items you are dissatisfied with. You will be required to ship the items back to me at your expense, and your refund will be sent to you via your original payment method. Please submit your refund request within 15 days of receipt of your item(s).  Receipt of items will be confirmed through tracking.

If your package is lost while in transit or if it arrives to you damaged, please send a photo of the damage(s) to belleonabudget {at} live {dot} com so arrangements can be made regarding a replacement or refund.

Please note that I am not responsible for any import, duties, taxes, or customs fees for any packages shipped internationally.  Such fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
